Als Unternehmer f\u00f6rdern Urs und Simone mutige Ideen und arbeiten mit Menschen zusammen, die daraus langfristig tragf\u00e4hige L\u00f6sungen entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Die Stiftung geht \u00fcber die klassische Vergabe von F\u00f6rdermitteln hinaus. Sie verbindet F\u00f6rderungen, Investitionen und Partnerschaften so, dass sie sich gegenseitig verst\u00e4rken und langfristige Chancen f\u00fcr Menschen und Gemeinschaften schaffen. F\u00fcr Urs und Simone sowie ihre Familie ist dies ein langfristiges Engagement. Mit ihrem Beitritt zum Giving Pledge im Jahr 2022 und dem Versprechen, den gr\u00f6ssten Teil ihres Verm\u00f6gens f\u00fcr philanthropische Zwecke einzusetzen, haben Urs und Simone dies bekr\u00e4ftigt.<\/p>\n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ursimonewietlisbachfoundation.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/area-map-6.png\" alter=\"uswf map\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>\n    Switzerland\n    Mekong region\n\t<p>Die Stiftung konzentriert ihre Arbeit auf zwei geografische Regionen.<\/p>\n<h6>\n\t\t\tSchweiz\t<\/h6>\n\t<p>Mit unserem strategischen Engagement in der ganzen Schweiz m\u00f6chten wir dem Land, in dem unsere Stiftung gegr\u00fcndet wurde, etwas zur\u00fcckgeben. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Zentralschweiz, wo unsere Wurzeln liegen.<\/p>\n<h6>\n\t\t\tMekong-Region\t<\/h6>\n\t<p>Our work in the Mekong region focuses on Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. In response to the ongoing conflict in Myanmar, we also support and work with migrant and refugee communities along Myanmar&#8217;s borders with Thailand, India and Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<p>The region&#8217;s population is dynamic, talented and committed, yet many people lack the opportunities to realise their potential.
